Join us on Wednesdays for an exclusive five course Dinner Party. Arrive at your leisure after 6:30pm. Enjoy a cocktail, meet and make new friends while you find your place at the table. At 7:00pm -sharp- the Chef & Wine Maker will introduce the meal, the wine, and elaborate briefly prior to each course. 8:30pm features the Wine Maker, Chef, & Staff for the conclusion of the dinner party.

Supper Club Menu for January 18th & 25th, 2017
Wine pairings will be revealed at the start of each course. A 'surprise bite' will be presented by Chef according to his humor.
First Course
Chicken Liver mousse slathered on grilled, garlic crustini, finished with chive and resting on a bed of seasoned spicy Arugula
Second Course
Carrot and Calamari salad marinated in Meyer Lemon vinaigrette, finished with roasted pine nuts and flat parsely
Third Course
Tomato duck ragu under a nest of spinach fettuccini finished with a toasted asiago cheese chip
Fourth Course
Seared white Halibut presented on braised red cabbage finished with a creamy yogurt sauce and Hazelnuts
Fifth Course
Velvety chocolate pudding topped with sea salt carmel, fresh vanilla bean whipped cream & candied brioche croutons
