Bianco Bello 2019
$15.95
Bianco Bello is a white wine blend whose dominate grape is St. Pepin. This varietal produces oval white berries with sweet, fruity flavor. St. Pepin is a hybrid grown mostly in North America and was developed by Elmer Swenson around 1970. Swenson crossed the male Sevval Blanc with a seedling of Minnesota 78, producing a winter-hearty grape reminiscent of Riesling. One important feature of this varietal in our vineyard is that it must be planted near other grape varieties that bloom at the same time because it requires cross-pollination.
