This white wine is made with a grape recently named AROMELLA, the first wine made from this varietal was produced in 1983, but it was not used commercially until 1990. It is a descendent of Tramiminette and Gewurstraminer.

Our Fiore Della Vigne (Flower of the Vine) is made with 100% AROMELLA grapes. This wine has a medium-light body and you will recognize ripe pineapple, honeysuckle, and citrus peel, in addition to the beautiful floral characteristics. Fiore is an excellent dry wine with aromatic features comparable to a citrus Muscat. There are also notes of Sauvignon Blanc, depending upon the timing of the harvest. This crispy, light, and very social dry wine will play harmoniously between your palate and nose.
Pairings
This wine pairs well with light seafood dishes and white meat with citrus flavors.
